Overview

The AgilePM® (Agile Project Management) course is a professional project management training program designed for organizations, project teams, PMOs, and professionals who need practical capability in Agile mindset, Scrum roles and events, Kanban flow, Lean waste reduction, backlog management, agile metrics, scaling agile.

The program combines structured project management concepts with real project scenarios, templates, checklists, worksheets, planning tools, dashboards, case studies, simulations, and exam-style practice where relevant. Participants learn how to translate project management knowledge into practical deliverables that improve planning quality, execution discipline, risk control, stakeholder communication, value delivery, and project performance.
