If a learner wishes to cancel their registration, the following conditions apply based on the timing of the notice:
Rawasi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to emergency circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In this case, a full refund or credit transfer to another course will be offered.
The refund approval process takes 5 to 7 business days. The process includes:
One free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the course start date. Late requests are subject to administrative fees.
Learners who are absent from the course without prior notice (no-show) are not eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.
