Overview

The "CAPM for Beginners in Project Management" course is an intensive foundational training program designed to enable participants to pass the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) examination issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and to acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to work effectively in various project environments. The CAPM® certification is the ideal entry point for beginners in the field of project management, as it is one of the most in-demand professional certifications worldwide, ranked among the top 9 most sought-after professional certifications according to Entrepreneur Media magazine.

This course is designed to be a comprehensive and integrated guide for participants, covering all four domains included in the examination according to the latest Examination Content Outline (ECO) issued by PMI® for 2026. The course takes participants from the basic concepts of project management (such as the definition of a project, its life cycle, and the roles of stakeholders), through predictive and agile methodologies, to the business analysis frameworks applied by project teams today.

The program is designed to be interactive and practical, through hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and practice questions that simulate the actual exam questions of various types (multiple-choice, drag-and-drop, animations, and hot spots). Participants will leave the course with a personalized exam preparation plan and high confidence to pass it successfully.

The importance of this certification is growing in the Saudi market with Vision 2030's focus on empowering national cadres in management and leadership fields, and the increasing demand for qualified professionals in project management in both the public and private sectors. According to PMI® statistics, there are over 1.7 million PMI certification holders worldwide, making PMI® the leading authority in project management since 1969.
